Connecting people with the help they need creates a cycle of healing, hope and recovery.

Joseph W. was an unfunded client who graduated from the Sy and Anne Okner Transitional Living Program in September. He has since moved to Florida, where he found an apartment and is looking for a job. “I’m already in the Sunshine State. That’s the first plus,” he says. “This apartment opening up is just another blessing. I’m hoping things keep rolling in the right direction. I want to keep being successful. Not only for myself, but for you guys and all the work that you did for me.”

James F., a resident of Bonaventure House, thanks donors to the Housing and Health Alliance’s transitional living programs: “Because of you, I am able to maintain stable housing, take care of all my health issues, and also maintain my recovery and become a productive citizen in society.”
